Over the past 8 years I have been developing my skills in Project Management, receiving a
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. This afforded me a 4 year position as a
Project Planner/Engineer for a well-known Construction Contractor. I then continued on to
Owning and Operating my own Bar & Grill for about a year, learning the importance of
Resource Management and Process. I am currently working as a Project Planner/Business
Analyst for a large Insurance company in Central Illinois and completing PMP Courses to
expand my horizon as a Project Manager.

Well rounded experience in the complete operation of construction. Holding positions in the
following departments; Project Scheduling, Project Management, Pre-Construction/Estimating,
and Quality Control. (Worked for one of the Top 100 General Contractors in the Midwest

Direct hands-on experience as an entrepreneur. I was the owner and operator of a grill and
bar, which provided me ample experience in hiring, training, customer service, and team
